The outdoor space has an expansive wrap around porch that is perfect for entertaining no matter what the weather.  The front features a fire pit with multi-level natural rock seating and step-less entry.  The covered back porch features a beautiful rock wall.  Protected from the elements, you'll want to linger by the indoor/outdoor fireplace.  

The first floor has a great room that accommodates a living room and dining room when set up as a single family house.  It can also be configured with hightop cocktail tables for elegant gatherings.  The large bedroom and bathroom on the first floor are ADA accessible and can be converted to a meeting room.  The galley kitchen with full sized appliances is perfect for light cooking or catering.

Take in the view of the mountains from the second floor which hosts a dedicated workspace, and two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.  The high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness while the heated bathroom floors make it cozy.
